How it started

The problem wasn't the person. It was the system.

I work the Dubai secondary market as a property consultant, and for a long time I had more opportunities than I could consistently manage. Owner calls, follow-ups, documents and client conversations were spread across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and different tools.

Hiring an assistant helped, but it didn't solve the underlying problem. There were still only so many hours in a day, languages one person could speak, conversations they could manage and details they could remember.

My partner, Charbel, brought nine years of software development experience to the problem. He saw that the solution wasn't simply more manpower — it was better infrastructure. Together, we began designing a system around the way the business actually operated.

The first system was built for my own business. It handled work in the background, kept information connected and responded when I couldn't. For the first time, the operation wasn't dependent on one person's memory or availability.

That was the beginning of Novigent.

I didn't need more hands. I needed a better system.

We built the first system to solve a problem inside my own business. I still use what we build in live operations today. That principle became Novigent: understand the operation first, then build the technology around it.

Led by Co-Founder Patrick Tohme, Novigent's commercial and operational side begins where every project should: understanding how the business actually works, where time is being lost and what technology needs to solve.

Led by Co-Founder Charbel, with nine years of software development experience, our engineering side turns operational requirements into technology — from custom systems and AI automation to websites and mobile applications. Working across Arabic, English and French, our engineering operation supports projects across the Gulf, Europe and Australia.

How we work

The same method, every time.

Every Novigent engagement follows the same three phases we used on our own business: understand the operation before touching any technology, build the system around what we found, then stay involved as the business keeps changing.

01

Diagnose

We map how your business actually operates — its workflows, communication, responsibilities, bottlenecks and repetitive work. You leave with a clear operational blueprint and a defined system architecture.

02

Build

We turn the blueprint into technology — custom business systems, websites, mobile applications, CRM platforms, dashboards, AI solutions, automations and integrations. Every component is designed around the requirement, not forced into a template.

03

Operate

We stay involved after launch — maintaining the system, monitoring performance, supporting your team and keeping the technology aligned with the way your business evolves.

What that means in practice
We stay involved. We build the system and then operate it with you, month after month.
You keep ownership. No vendor lock-in, no login handed over with a help centre.
Built to remove repetitive work. Not to reduce your team.
Value first. If price is the whole conversation, we'll say so directly.
