Mobile Applications

Custom applications built around a real business requirement.

From customer-facing apps to internal operational tools, we design and develop mobile products that connect seamlessly with your wider technology ecosystem.

A mobile app is a commitment, not a checkbox — it only earns its place if it does something a website or a message thread genuinely can't. We build mobile applications for two situations: when customers need something in their pocket (booking, tracking, communicating on the go), or when your own team needs a tool built for the field, not the office.

Either way, the app is never a standalone product. It's built to plug into the same CRM, dashboards and automation that run the rest of the operation, so information captured on a phone in the field shows up instantly in the system everyone else is looking at.

What's included

Customer-facing apps

Mobile experiences built for the way your customers actually want to interact with your business — booking, tracking, messaging — not a mobile wrapper around your website.

Internal operational tools

Apps your team uses to get work done in the field or on the move: capturing information, updating records, checking schedules, connected to the same system as the office.

Cross-platform delivery

Built to reach your users on the devices they actually carry, with an approach chosen for the requirement — native performance where it matters, cross-platform efficiency where it doesn't.

System integration

Never a standalone app — always wired into the CRM, dashboards and automation behind it, so data entered on mobile is immediately visible everywhere else.

Common questions

Do we need a native app, or would a mobile-friendly website work?

Often the latter, honestly. We'll tell you if a responsive website solves the problem more cheaply and faster — a native app is worth building when it needs offline access, device features like camera or GPS, or push notifications that a browser can't reliably deliver.

Can the app work when there's no signal?

Depends on the requirement — this is something we scope during Diagnose. Field-service and site-based tools often need real offline support with sync-on-reconnect; we design for that specifically when it matters.

Who maintains the app after launch — app store updates, OS changes?

We do, through the Operate phase — maintaining the app, handling platform updates, and adjusting it as the underlying system and your business evolve.

The Novigent method

One method. From problem to operation.

01

Diagnose

We map how your business actually operates — its workflows, communication, responsibilities, bottlenecks and repetitive work. You leave with a clear operational blueprint and a defined system architecture.

02

Build

We turn the blueprint into technology — custom business systems, websites, mobile applications, CRM platforms, dashboards, AI solutions, automations and integrations. Every component is designed around the requirement, not forced into a template.

03

Operate

We stay involved after launch — maintaining the system, monitoring performance, supporting your team and keeping the technology aligned with the way your business evolves.

Mobile apps are almost always paired with a business system on the back end — the app is the field-facing piece of a larger CRM, dashboard or workflow platform, and increasingly with AI automation handling data entry or document capture from the field.

Every Novigent system is different. We define the scope after understanding your workflows, integrations, automation requirements and level of ongoing support.
